  • Meats: Salami, Thinly Sliced Prosciutto

  • Bread/Crackers: Sesame breadsticks, Assorted Crackers, Bagel Chips

  • Nuts: Candied Pecans, Cashews

  • Miscellaneous: Olives, Dried Apricots, Honey, Fig Jam


  1. Working clockwise, place each item in groups, leaving space between each.
  2. Experiment with bites from one group between sips of wine.
  3. Move on to another group and explore even more flavors.
