1 package pizza dough
6 ounces blue cheese
½ lb prosciutto
Fresh or dried figs, sliced in half
1 cup arugula
- Roll out pizza dough on floured surface. Spray or drizzle both sides with olive oil.
- Place onto grill over high heat and cook one side, roughly 8 minutes. When dough is ready, and grill marks are present, flip dough over onto cutting board and top already grilled side with prosciutto, blue cheese, and figs.
- Place uncooked side back down onto grill and close lid. Cook until cheese is melted, and dough is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and top with arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
