Prosciutto, Blue Cheese and Fig Grilled Flatbread

Pairs With Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé


  • 1 package pizza dough

  • Olive oil

  • 6 ounces blue cheese

  • ½ lb prosciutto

  • Fresh or dried figs, sliced in half

  • 1 cup arugula

  • Balsamic glaze


  1. Roll out pizza dough on floured surface. Spray or drizzle both sides with olive oil.
  2. Place onto grill over high heat and cook one side, roughly 8 minutes. When dough is ready, and grill marks are present, flip dough over onto cutting board and top already grilled side with prosciutto, blue cheese, and figs.
  3. Place uncooked side back down onto grill and close lid. Cook until cheese is melted, and dough is cooked through.
  4. Remove from grill and top with arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
